We want every lesson to be safe, smooth, and fun! Here’s what families should know

⏰ Be on time— late arrivals can’t be extended. 

🚫 No-shows without notice won’t be credited. 

💻 Payments are online only and due before lessons.

🌦️ If lessons are canceled by the instructor (weather, pool closure, etc.), you’ll receive a credit to reschedule.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents MUST stay on-site for the entire lesson. 

🚻 Please use the bathroom before lessons; little ones who aren’t potty-trained must wear swim diapers. 

🤒 Stay home if sick— credits are available for illness. 

❤️ Share any medical needs before the first lesson so I can best support your swimmer.* 🌊 Respect & safety first — follow pool rules, no rough play, and listen to your instructor.

 

Behavior & Participation Policy Children are expected to participate respectfully and follow instructor guidance during lessons. Repeated or excessive disruptive behavior that interferes with safety, instruction, or the experience of other swimmers may result in a pause or discontinuation of lessons. In such cases, alternative options or next steps will be discussed with the parent or guardian.
